EU PSN down for maintenance tonight (21 July 2011)

Coming via the official PlayStation EU Twitter account is news of downtime scheduled for the PSN.

“It has just been confirmed that PlayStation Network will undergo maintenance today between 17:00 and 19:00 BST / 18:00 and 20:00 CET,” reads the tweet. Sony EU also apologised for the short notice. “

Central European Time (CET) corresponds with Central African Time used in South Africa.

It also means the PSN will be down between 16.00 and 18.00 GMT for those in other time zones doing conversions.
