Sony has announced its “brand new annual” PSN PLAY promo, featuring four of the network’s hottest new titles. Basically, it’s exactly like Microsoft’s XBLA Summer of Arcade promo, except the spelling is different – and the games, obviously.
Every purchase of a featured title gets you some extra DLC goodies, while pre-orders also bundle in a bonus theme.
BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!
If you buy all four titles, you’ll get yourself a PSN voucher for PayDay: Heist.
The games include Street Fighter III Third Strike Online Edition (Capcom); Deathspank: The Baconing (Hothead Games); BloodRayne: Betrayal (Majesco Entertainment); and Renegade Ops (SEGA).
The promo kicks off officially with the launch of Street Fighter on 24 August, but pre-orders open on 10 August. In order to qualify for the freebie game, you’ll have to buy all the other stuff by the time the promo finishes up on 20 September.
PlayStation Plus subscribers will also get 20% off the games if you buy them by the same date.
