Achievements have been around in video games for as long as we can remember, and they have only gotten more difficult in recent generations.

If you’ve beaten your current gaming library with ease and have yet to find an achievement you couldn’t acquire, look no further than these impossibly hard video game achievements:

Mega Man 10 – Mr. Perfect

The Mr. Perfect achievement for Mega Man 10 requires the player to complete the entire game without being hit once.

Gears of War 3 – Seriously 3.0

In order to acquirethe Seriously 3.0 acheivement, you will need to earn all 65 Onyx medals, which are very difficult in-game achievements.

The sheer amount of work required for Seriously 3.0 makes it almost impossible to achieve.

Mortal Kombat 9 – My Kung Fu is Stronger

This achievement will require a minimum of 672 hours to acquire, requiring you to complete the following tasks for each of the 24 fighters:

• Win 100 fights
• Complete 100 fatalities
• Perform 150 X-Ray moves
• Spill 10,000 litres of blood

Dead Rising – 7 Day Survivor

Dead Rising’s Infinity Mode sees your health continually deplete while you scramble around a zombie-infested shopping mall scrounging for food and drink to boost your health back up.

The 7 Day Survivor achievement requires that you stay alive in this mode for 14 hours.

Cloudberry Kingdom – Shenanigans!

Earning this achievement simply requires the completion of the following level, which is impossible for a human to complete:

Halo: The Master Chief Collection – LASO Master

Another massive time sink, this achievement requires you to beat Halo 1,2,3, and 4 on Legendary difficulty with all difficulty modifiers set to maximum.

War of the Worlds – I Am Arthur Clarke

I Am Arthur Clarke can be completed by finishing the game without dying, but a combination of poor game design and brutal difficulty makes this acheivement almost impossible.

Only two people have ever earned this achievement.
