For console racing enthusiasts, there a couple of big names to keep an eye on, but few challenge the Forza brand in terms of pure simulated racing goodness.
Turn 10 has announced something called the Season Pass, which is basically a ticket you buy that unlocks six DLC packs that will be released over the next year. The season pass will cost 2,400 Microsoft points and will and apparently save you about 30 percent compared to if you were to buy each DLC pack separately.
The six add-ons will deliver an extra 60 cars. Furthermore, if you buy the Season Pass at launch then you get access to special launch DLC that will include the following:
o 1965 Pontiac GTO
o 1968 Pontiac Firebird
o 1970 Buick GSX
o 1970 Dodge Cornet Super Bee
o 1966 Chevrolet Nova SS
o 1969 Shelby GT500 428CJ
o 1971 Plymouth GTX 426 Hemi
o 1967 Dodge Cornet W023
o 1968 Dodge Dart HEMI Super Stock
o 1964 Ford Fairlane Thunderbolt
Hey, remember when developers used to include all a game’s content with the launch product? Those were good times…
