Cold compress over your eyes - take some ice cubes wrap it in a cloth and cover your eyes for at least 10mins

Basically yes. My mum is a Sister at one of the biggest hospitals in the Cape, she taught me a lot hoping I would go into nursing. I officially do not have the bedside manners needed. Plus I find looking for and keeping that kind of knowledge is very useful especially if you do not like taking pain killers or have access to them.

Im at work. so no ice or cloth or 10 minutes...
 
ffs, what is with ppl? I can fully understand how some companies, if not most, go belly up.

I deal with two rather large companies, and getting them to reply to requests (requests for them to make money as its stuff we want installed or to buy) is a PITA! After two days, I have to contact a manager to get anywhere.

Then its, oh we are sorry, choose one excuse:

  • Very extremely cannot eat busy
  • Didnt get your email
  • Forgot to send you a reply
  • etc.

If I do the above at work, I'll get into crap, but more than that, I take pride in my work and always do it quick and without any come backs.

I know right we waited a week and then the company that was suppost to phone us back for a replacement pump just never phoned us back so we went and get someone else to help us out an took our bussniss somewhere else.
