Woo! Load shedding, woo!

Just checked the Eskom site and they are still having stage 2 diarrhoea. Which means no power from 12:00 till 14:30 today and tomorrow and I need to go do my monthly grocery shopping. I hope the mall has a generator.

We're quite lucky. Our load schedding schedule is from about 7am so we get it out of the way early. Besides, I'm barely awake by then (if at all). Just the PC's UPS that wakes me up when it starts beeping.

Left the house as it went down this morning, had breakfast, did some shopping and walked into the house as the power wermnt back up. Crisis averted.

We weren't scheduled to get loading shedding last night but we got it anyways. I was very annoyed and had to go watch rugby at the Keg.

I experienced load shedding yesterday for two hours. Apparently we had it on Saturday too, but I wasn't there for that.

I wonder if you and I live in the same area. 2 hours Saturday and then 2 hours again Sunday. And then I get to work and a lot of people of people didn't have load shedding at all! Stupid Eskom.

HAHA! Exactly the same situation with me!

"Morning Stagger"
"Morning Wyzak, did you have load-shedding this weekend? I had it for 2 hours each day this weekend"
"No, I didn't. Thanks for taking one for the team"
":wtf:"

lol, its to take into effect the pace at which stuff is done in the country. We will be the only country shortly with 48 hours in one day...
