Best gaming mouse for FPS

So I went and bought the logitech g5012 and must say awesome mouse. Did some mouse acceleration test and it's really 0% acceleration. The surface tuning also a great addon to the mouse and it works well together with my logitech g15. When i adjust the dpi i can see what DPI I'm currently at in my G15 lcd panel and although something small it's really nice to have.

Could you post a photo of the screen? :)

Might be the next mouse i buy to replace my g400 when it dies

I have a cooler master inferno . Personally love this mouse , Perfect weight and all that . Its cheap too :D

I play a lot of cs:go and bf4. Use the lil buttons next to the mouse 1 and 2 for reload and grenade switches .

To be honest , they are all pretty good. Best thing to do is find a few with the same technical specs and find a comfy one for you , claw grip or palm etc etc.

Get a good mouse pad (like a razer galiathus) that is a must if you care about being accurate.

G402 or G502. Preferably the later if you have the cash to splash.

Tbh what u generally want with an fps gaming mouse is something with 0 acceleration, wich most lazer mouse will usually have.
And most people will maybe disagree but u dont want clutter on your mouse when u playing fps, having alot of buttons deffinately is not a plus, u should be focusing way more on your left and right mouse buttons, Mice with very basic shapes like the deathadder, the sensei, the roccat savu or the mionix mice are things u guys should really be considering, there is a differance between something being good and something being great :D

I have my Roccat Kone XTD that I play CSGO with, VERY VERY happy. Makes playing a FPS game easier, but being good comes from with inside! :)

Laser mice can't be all that bad? I've even seen some of the CSGO pro scene using steelseries laser mice....

I recently got a Logitech G500s on special. At first I thought it was shit, but once I got used to it I was very happy with my purchase. Its rather large, which is great for my hands. It also comes with weights that you can add or remove, depending on your preference. I have all the heavy weights in mine. It makes you more aware of the mouse. Adds a lot of comfort.

Big special on the G500s over at Takealot (limited stock available). So if you want one, I suggest you hurry up. R479 for it, which is fantastic.

I replaced my Logitech G5 mouse about a month ago after about 7 years of playing with it! Love these simple logitech mice! The G500S seems like the new gen of the G5, so should eb an excellent mouse, simple and comfortable!
If i didnt have my Roccat Kone XTD then i would def be buying this G500S on special !

It's actually an upgrade of the G500.

Both fantastic mice. I love the finish on the sides of the mouse that have a sandpaper like feel to it for extra grip.

Is the G500 an upgrade of the G5? The G5 was the foundation of these simplistic Logitech gaming mice. Yeah def amazing mice!

Actually it does look like the G5 was the original. The G5 looks like the predecessor to the G400 and then we moved on from there. I actually have a G500 sitting in my draw here at home.

Ahhhh okay, i see!! Well My G5's laser starting hopping around! Otherwise i would still use it! Keep your G500 if it does not have any problems! Not worth selling, keep it as a backup!

That's exactly why I still have it. I'm currently using the SteelSeries Sensei MLG Edtion and I also love how simplistic it is, but with the G500s you're getting a lot more bang for buck.

I was one of the lucky few to get the G500s at half price now from takealot :D

Awesome enjoy it man! You cannot go wrong with it, and the option to add or remove weights to tailor to your needs really makes it one of the best mice in that price range.

yeah I've been wanting one since my MX518 died last year after doing a wonderful 8 year stretch

The weights will feel like a gimmick at the start. It's not. You wont be sorry you got this. I'm loving mine. The best part is the look. it LOOKS like a mouse. None of this "ricer" shit people are peddling these days. I dont want my mouse to look like the Terminators hand. Actually that might be cool. But not useful.
