Hey all,
Was hoping to get some feedback on the forum on a new site I launched recently called GamePrices.co.za . As the name suggests, it's a price comparison website targeting video gaming in South Africa. It's still very much in development, with bugs and small issues popping up every now and then, and it's something I'm doing in my spare time, but I'm hoping to grow it over time and make it a useful resource for local gamers.
The main aim is to make it easier to find the best prices for games sold locally in retail. What makes this different to other local price comparison sites is that: 1) all product data and linking is done manually to ensure accuracy. So when searching you won't come across 6 different variations of the same title on the same platform due to how retailers name/barcode things, and 2) it also compares the major digital platforms such as Xbox LIVE, PSN and Steam, including Gold and Plus offers.
Probably the biggest downside at the moment is that the catalogue is quite limited due to the amount of time it takes to add new titles, but this will continually expand. So it's currently only covering recent/upcoming releases, along with a few popular classics.
At the moment I'm looking for feedback on how to better improve usability, along with which titles should be added.
Any feedback is appreciated!
P.S. Just to cover some questions that might pop up:

P.S. Just to cover some questions that might pop up:
- Yes, Nintendo titles aren't featured. It really is a small part of the market, and at this point I have no way of tracking the digital games, so this is currently a "nice to have", and there's no ETA
- Digital-only games not featured on local stores won't be tracked since there's plenty of international sites that already cover those
- I'm trying to add more local retailers, but it's up to the retailer whether they want to participate or not (I'm also only approaching certain retailers at this point until everything is stable)
