I hope. I was so happy that I won it, since I did not want to spend R600+ on the title myself - cause it's expensive (for our currency).
 
What do people actually gain by putting up fakes? You only gain levels and rep for successful gifts, so what's the point?

What do people gain by screaming "I f#@!ed your mum" when you kill them online? What do people gain when they key someones car at random...some people just want to watch the world burn...

As for the new rules, well as long as you don't buy games in Russia or any of the other countries with the weird game prices then all should be fine. Buy from Steam, bundle sites, Gamersgate etc and it won't affect gifting at all.

Lucky not for us. As Steam aka Valve sees RSA the same as USA when it comes to pricing. I found this out when my account that was created in NZ had different pricing to RSA/US before I changed it.

Only place we different is with restricted games example Castlevania: Lords of Shadow
In SA you get Site error but if you use the US site code (?cc=us at the end)you can enter and even buy the game. You can even buy it on say Greenman gaming and add it to your profile with no restriction on install and play

Mine worked fine. Just click on the gift link, enter your email, click redeem and then you should get another email where the code will be added to your Steam account.

Perhaps check with [MENTION=12695]AlphaJohn[/MENTION] maybe he copied down something incorrectly. I'm not sure what issue you're having, we need specifics. :p

I think he is referring to the Game not the prize as you and AlienTaker won games.....
