Wife is fine, me and boy not so good.

Boy - Bronchiolitis, Larengitis and an ear infection
Me - Bronchitis, fractured toe and Torn Ligament/cartlidge in my knee

Otherwise fine and dandy! How are things on the forums?

hehe it wasnt the bike at all hey. I went white water rafting and tweaked my knee on the riverbank and then went and played paintball. The toe i kicked on the bathroom doorway while running to get Neurofen for the baby (mucho pain).

Bike has been good to me so far lol.

LOL, ok sounds like fun times at least.

Sorry to hear you guys are sick, especially the baby. My boy has had a couple of ear infections where he would suddenly be running a massive fever in the middle of the night and when the fever gets high, he sommer throws up as well. Having that and a respiratory tract infection at the same time must be really bad.

That Nurofen is awesome stuff for the kiddies, but if he's running a hectic fever and you want to bring it down fast, Empaped suppositories work really well. Otherwise, according to our doctor, you can medicate more often if you alternate between Nurofen and Calpol because Ibuprofen and Paracetamol do different things so you don't overdose on either one.
 
so we just had a guy who is a member of the 28 gang come into the office to see an attorney...AND he had to 2 tear drops on his left eye
