I would much rather spend a lot of money on something that I will use mostly, that being my PC. There is no reason to pay ridiculous amounts for a phone, unless it's done so on a contract and I will never do that again.

Yeah, technically she get's him every second weekend from Friday arvie to Sunday arvie. This will be the second weekend she hasn't seen him or spoken with him, and next weekend will be the third. Always some excuse. She didn't see him at all over the long weekend, "it was raining".

Ja flip thats not nice, you could approach the courts again to have the visitation changed again but that could just sour things further. i would make note of all these things and keep them for future use should the situation worsen and if she ever tries her luck to change the custody situation or prevent you from moving

and if she ever gives you crap about your moving to cape town, you can give my office a call we shall sort her out for you.

As far as I know, I am the major decision maker (in fact all Cody's decisions) in Cody's life and as such she has no say if I am to move. It is her responsibility to organize to see him and make arrangements. She would have no say if I were to move to CT, only if I left the country. If you could see the transcripts of her Whatsapp messages just from last weekend you'd be shocked and appalled.

ok good as long as you are aware of this. most dads dont normally know that. Ja just keep all the messages. people like her will always try their luck cause they think they can stick it to you mean time its the kiddie thats suffering.

it's just not fair on Cody. he knows now it's weekend and wakes up on Saturday morning asking if he's going to mommy. What do I say?
And I am never actually able to plan anything in my life because she changes her mind on when and if she's going to be having him. I am having to take Cody to her every single time, [-]unfortunately[/-] granted she only lives a km away. She would always work, rather than spend time with her family or even her own son. This was even the case when we were together.
 
Tell me right quick. What do y'all prefer: Dead or Deceased.

IMO, Dead sounds too blunt. I'm I alone in this thinking?
