Well I stopped when I had something in the sextillions per second if I recall. Have you reset your game to get heavenly chips? Heavenly chips are a production multiplier.

If you have reset and got some of those, get back to having a lot of cookies in your bank, then reset again to get more HC's.

yeah HC makes a huge diffrence took me a few days and then reset took me a few min to get there again.
Pretty cool they where so close.
