PS Vita - General Questions

Yeah, got Velocity Ultra loaded which takes at least half the space so I'm definitely going to need an SD card. Still need to find some way to see which games I've claimed over the time that will be compatible.

Haven't tried remote play as yet, think I had to be online and signed in on the PS4, but my son was watching movies. That may be why it didn't detect anything.

Btw, did you get your package?

Thanks yeah, got it today :)

Probs a typo, but just making sure. A SD card won't work on the PS TV (or Vita for that matter). You have to buy theirs which of course is way over priced.

And yes, the ps4 needs to be on. Took me two attempts to connect wirelessly. If you don't have decent wireless, spare yourself that headache and just connect it via LAN cable. I've played games like Shadow of Mordor and Diablo remotely and works fine with minimal input lag. Would still like to try a game like TLoU or some shooter to see how the input lag affects game play.

Yeah, I am aware it requires a propriety memory card.

The PStv is directly on top of the ADSL router and the PS4 is showing ~73% signal. But did you connect one or both devices via LAN?

The only thing that annoys me with the remote play is the lack of the R2/L2 buttons, you have to use the rear touch pad for that. Althought making the screen clip for my PS4 remote worked well just a bit of a mission to use the Vita only as a screen, as the PS4 also wants it to be a remote.

Both mine are connected via wifi, but I've got a high end router with decent wifi. Standard N150/300 might not work so good. But if you connect the PS TV via LAN, and the PS4 is showing 70%+, then I think it should work ok.
