Hrmmm. I was about to guess Mass Effect when I realised the third one had multiplayer. :D

So it might still be Mass Effect. The rules state the original title, and not the sequels, should be chosen. The first game did not have multiplayer, it fits all the criteria.
Dead Space would work if not for the horror elements thing :)
