Evening all

I had a hectic busy day. Got to work and managed one cup of coffee and a banana before I headed of into the plant. I emerged an hour before going home time. No lunch or anything. I hate days that goes like this one did.

Oh well, luckily I'm home, the little one is sleeping and I have had a shower. Now I can hopefully relax for the rest of the evening

yeah, who knows, 12 hours at work now of which normal work hours was taken up by watching youtube and interwebs.

That sucks man.

So sleepy today. Altho I got a semi ok night sleep. The heat was just a tiny bit to much. Did 20 laps in the pool last night. Can feel it tho in my back and stomach. But I can also see it in my clothes
