I use the in-car view, I find it much easier to find braking points with that view.
Forza is also one of the best sounding games around. The 5.1 in that view is awesome.

Meteor, did you beat my time yesterday? No one set a time yet so I set a relatively unimpressive one so long. :)

Just turned off probably without me knowing it =D It would just distract me anyway. I ride my own Race. Same on the real track as well!

I did a 1:39.5, i think you were 1.42.xx

Your ghost was messing with my times. lol.

But I can see the guys just put in feelers, expecting lot quicker times during the week.

I made the car yellow so that you can really see it. :D Cool, will take on your time tomorrow evening. Maybe in a different car too because that Hyundai Genesis feels so slow.
 
I'll be back tonight, so may have some time to set a lap or two. Will first have to get the perfect car and tune it properly, then get to know the track.

As for view point, I usually drive from the inside car view and with the ghost on. I like driving against the ghost as it gives me extra motivation to drive faster and faster, pushing harder and harder...

The more the merrier, I am also out tonight. will probably see you online tomorrow. I usually put in a late shift, after 9 or 10 or so, once the homework is done and the kids are in bed.
 
Urgh, I didn't even get to set any time last night. I see I have a time set in an earlier race outside of the competition, but it's nowhere near respectable. Without internet it will be difficult but I'll put some times on and hope the leaderboards updates once I'm online again
 
WoW this is a very awkward track! Struggling to find a car that feels comfortable on it. Either too much under steer or too much over steer.

I picked class B cars because then we had quite a few to pick from since there are lots of good ones and not just one or two good cars but man I also struggle on this track with these cars. It feels so slow. And the braking! I've been driving the fastest cars in the game in the single player bit and going back to these class B cars is a pain.

Hehe but someone must pick the slowest cars in the game for a round sometime. :)

I have tried the Chev '90, Civic 97, Hyundai (Cant remember name), and a few others. And still so far off the top times from the international leader board!

I tried the '90 Camaro as well. I didn't enjoy it much though.

I didn't try any hot hatches as I assume they will have too much understeer.

Very true, the hot hatches under steer so much on the heavy braking.
You can do the whole circuit and get a good time in 3rd gear with the '90 Chev!

IIRC , the top time is 1:28.xx. I don't think i will ever find another 10 seconds a lap. i think with a bit(acutally a lot) of practice i could do 2-3 seconds faster, but not more.
