oh ffs....so my bridesmaid has now forgotten our wedding invites at home today... so another day behind schedule for the printing of the freaking things! UUUURGGGHHHHH!!! Invites had to go out today.... which now means invites will probably only start going out by Thursday now.

We sent our invites about 2 months before the wedding. Lots of friends commented, but it all turned out well! So long as you remember to breath! Also, I literally set up a virtual machine over lunch just now, for similar reasons as yours. If you can install a game, you can set up a virtual machine.

You see ours is a destination wedding so people need to plan well in advance. also ppl with children need to plan ahead as the wedding is just before the school holidays so, lots of planning involved for them.
i just want ppl to do what they say they will. if they say they are going to do something today do it, dont when i ask you if its done uhm and ah and give me a story. especially after i said if you cant to do it, let me know cause then i will go. So now i will just go to post net tomorrow and get them to print me a scale version of the invite and give me quote of what they will charge compared to the discounted amount that Discovery provides to their employees when you print stuff with them.
well at least i know how to install games. it just sounds complicated to install a virtual machine

So, 1 day into my forced, doctor-prescribed leave and I'm feeling boredom settling in. And I actually sneakily worked by helping out my team remotely today. And I researched node.js extensively today and decided that's my tech of choice for my new uber project.
