amazing for a title thats almost 10 years old (with mods obviously)

The game is still beautiful even without mods. Sad that Crysis was the last game that really pushed the graphics envelope on PC's.

I can remember that the fastest PC's of the day struggled to run the game on the highest graphics settings. Of course this also had a negative impact on sales, which was unfortunate.

No use, I've played BF:BC2, BF3 and now BF4 all on lowest settings... Even Battlefront Beta I had to run on lowest settings.

Not a bad pc by any means. I don't see why you have to run everything at min.

Not a bad pc by any means. I don't see why you have to run everything at min.

Putting it on auto in BF4 bumps settings up to high, then my FPS is very eratic around 25fps, with everything on low @ 1680 x 1050 (I have a 22" 8:5 Samsung monitor) I get a constant 95 fps, and I locked the max fps to 100fps. With a donated SSD I received in November, load times on a map in BF4 came down to below two minutes from an average of 6 minutes per new map load. Only upgraded my RAM from 4 to 16 with my December bonus.
