I don't buy physical copies for PC.
1. I have a CD/DVD drive that is disconnected.
2. I have uncapped internet.
3. Why buy physical to have to download almost the full game anyway? (seems the latest trend).

1. connect the rom you lazy fuck
2. then you have to wait 1/2 days before you can play
3. It's only those Blizzard retards that do that

1. I have 4x 1TB HDD's. I have no need for a Rom drive.
2. I'm sure there will be a pre-load a few days prior to release.
3. I remember a similair incident with MGS:V
 
Thinking of picking this up for the gf and myself.
Could be fun playing it together. At least then I won't notice the "I have to shoot everything a million times" nonsense lol
 
Really glad to see we are forming a bit of a group for the weekend.

If anyone is interested in making a organized dent in the Dark Zone please let me know.
Want to see if we can make a bit of a ZA organized presence.

That still has me on the fence about this game. Not really interested in anything else except Doom in May. :/

based on some of the newer vids I've seen it looked like they've toned down the bullet sponging to a more "realistic" level

Went home and played for a little under an hour and so far I am intrigued. Though the levelling seems to be really quick and this worries me, unless it's for the purpose of the beta.

Also, from videos I've previously seen of the closed beta, the enemies don't seem to take as much to take down. Pretty much just cruised through the first mission of saving the doctor.
 
To those that played in the Closed Beta... the burning question is... Did your character stay?

I did notice quite a bit of microstutters, specifically when popping in and out of cover, though the assets on screen weren't really changing. I was getting frames from anything between 40 something up to 70 something.
