Ok then:
No devotion screenshot as I have not distributed them yet. There are currently 29 points in the bank; I typically only start to use them once I get to the second act in Elite.
Legendary items can make a massive difference, like this sweetie I picked up, like, 10 minutes ago:

See I have had no luck gear wise, Its driving me insane now. I also took the Occultist as a second class for the bird that boosts your stats, altho only about 6 points spent there, the rest are all arcanist.

I have kinda similar build, just nothing in the tempest, more into the first shieldy thing, as well as the passive thingy at the bottom - the one that boosts regen, since that is my biggest issue

Play on at least veteran mode, and farm a boss a few times after beating him. That's what we do

Yea I have been doing that, its why I just reached homestead now, I didnt go to Steps of Torment yet - the locked room one.

The DPS on my character sheet is my main ability (Primal Strike)'s DPS. The value displayed there is for the ability you have on your left click.

Jip, and if you hover over the ? next to it, it shows your left and right click abilities (mine is like 150 and 237, but again, its aoe
)

It took me quite a few attempts to beat the boss there. The other enemies in depraved sanctuary where not a problem.

Depraved Sanctuary is a sort of mini dungeon. It won't help to go back later, the mobs will keep being higher level than you. I think they stop at level 40 or 50 though, so you can go back then, but it might be pointless.
You will have to play carefully and power through.
Plonk your personal portal infront of the first boss and then just come back when you die and keep fighting. The fight won't reset and his health will be down to where you got it before dying.
