It's tucked away fairly unobtrusively but Steam has quite a catalogue of free and paid movies and series available on it. There's not really any mainstrean stuff but some of it looks quite interesting.
The short films from Oats Studios look quite good. I haven't had a chance to check them out yet but the Steam reviews are very positive.

Just watch those awesome free short movies. The only downside is that you'd love to watch a full movie of each gem immediately!

Horror/Sci-Fi shortfilm set in an arctic mine.

"Realitiy-Tv" shortfilm about god.
Cooking with Bill: 7.5/10
'80s teleshopping parody mini serires.

=> You definitely want to watch more!
Verdict:
Must watch!
