PC Gaming: Is it in trouble?

Personally I can play almost any genre on both. I always thought FPS would be crap on console, until I bought one that is. I actually really enjoy it. I don't think I would try play competitive but its fun either way.

A games a game, what platform you play on really is neither here nor there to me, as long as you enjoy it.
 
I've decided to put away R5 every time the 'PC vs. console' debate gets dug up, reanimated, and flogged to death again.

If things continue on the same path I should be able to retire by next Christmas.

I for one cannot play FPS on any console - just as I suck at racing on PC.

I have a love/hate relationship with both :D

R5:eek: U could have gone with R2.50 and still be on ur way to the good life by next xmas.

Devil May Cry 3 on PC.... even with a gamepad = me failing epically. Who ever decided that movement should be controlled with the right stick is a moron.
The only thing i CAN not play on a console is an RTS. Its just not possible.
 
At home the Gf plays on the consoles

I only buy games for PC, she want's a game for her consoles, she buys it herself. END. OF. STORY.
 
I prefer most games on PC. I just find it more...immersive I guess. I think its just conditioning to be honest. I'm pretty happy to play on console as well, would hate to miss out on games like Uncharted 2.

It also means I don't have to fight my girlfriend for the TV :p

I really can't wait for the Highlander game to finally come out...Stargate Worlds as well for that matter. :(

This is what makes the fighting totally worth it... Incidentally, at the rate Tinman is going, he may well need your R5-everytime-this-debate-is-dug-up-stash for blood pressure medication, RustPuppet :p

@ OF - yeah, her entire post could have come from a hardline PC gamer. But we know it doesn't, so it did put a bit of a different spin on it :p

why dont you just resolve this via PM or something... therefore people dont get caught in the crossfire if u know what i mean...
