Hi Guyz. My Windows 7 pc is restarting itself at random intervals, last night while playing stalker it just died and afterwards when doing a system wide scan to check for viruses it did it again. Any Ideas?

I never though of that. Been meaning to get a legit copy. Weird.
Check your RAM, RAM can be the reason for system just restarting. Make sure your bios settings is correct, memory timings etc.If you overclocked that can be the reason as well...unstable OC perhaps.
Uhm. Dre...talk about making a mountain of a mole heap. Geesh. It's his BETA copy of Windows 7. It's supposed to restart randomly.
Was going to say mine does the same lol![]()
So i guess will just have to download another version![]()
Win7 Pro will be the best option to purchase methinks ... also, you might want to look at an OEM version pre-installed on a hard drive for quite cheap (and you score a drive).
What a valued post that was.![]()
R1,200 for the Retail edition of Win7 Home Premium really isn't that much to ask. You can even get it cheaper if you get an OEM version with a limited number of activations. When you think that R300 is the average price for a game, then R1200 is not too much to ask for your Operating System.
