Yeh it's total BS I tell you, plus I've got a hundred other things to do as well, but i guess what has to be done has to be done. Oh and I will demand for more money if they put this HR thing on my shoulders...

Yeah do that, I had the same shit chucked on me out of the blue, had to do lots of reading up on certain aspects of it when I started.. I mean they have people who study that kind of thing.
