fallout vegas allocation CE is cut by 80% !!!!!!

I hope I get my copy on Friday. I'm cautiously optimistic about the game, but I'm not going to get sucked into any hype only to be disappointed.

Main reason I am not jumping up and down in anticipation... this has an equal chance of sucking as it does of being awesome.
 
Personally I prefer Fo1 + Fo2 . Fo3 was decent but the story and writing wasn't close to the others. Also the fact that there was basicly only one way to do quests was a let down compared to the previous fallouts.

Completely agreed. It was linear, it was mindless, it was a joke.

It was a decent game, but nothing revolutionary or to write home about.

After having their months-in-advance-pre-ordered collector's editions cancelled, many a gamer will, out of disgust and disappointment, just get the pirate version. It is my understanding that you are aware of the fact that it's not possible to download a deck of cards.

Seems as though the pre-orders at BTGames should be safe, if you pre-ordered early enough. If anyone received a cancellation email form them, please let us know here. Personally I just received an email explaining that the price had dropped. Today it was confirmed that we will receive the advertised collector's edition. That being said, I've learned not to make plans and organize future celebrations based on uncertain events...
 
ARRRRGHHHH!!!!! I could have a cow...

Take2 hadn't shipped anything yet so I mailed 'em... Apparently they might only ship stuff tomorrow... Meaning I'll only get it Monday (I really don't feel like paying a small fortune extra for Saturday delivery)... There's my plans for the weekend spoiled :p

Why not pick it up on Saturday if its at their depot. wtf take2 is really messing up this year it seems.

Thanks, if they ship it tomorrow I'll keep an eye on it and see where it is on Saturday then I may or may not drive through and get it :)

We will see. For now its saying 10 hours to unlock for me. Last few games they have unlocked for me at the same time as europe .
