People need to understand that Day 1 of anything these days is going to cause a metric-truckload of kak, especially if its in the "most anticipated" area...
If there is something the internet needs less of its negative trolling and naysaying. It seems like a lot of people are logging on to servers to bitch and moan. GTFO to be honest, there are people that are trying really hard to enjoy this game and that are getting put off by your moronic insults to GS/MWEB/Activision etc.
The following are known facts: The game had a buggy release. FPS issues are plentiful, Lag issues even moreso. The developers of this game were aware of this the SECOND the game was released and are hard at work to sort the issue out. Gameservers have also released comment saying that they are working on the issue. SO STOP COMPLAINING. Let the game get to a stable state before you tell everyone that "NO LOLZ spent monees on KRAP COD GAMEZ LAL" or "don't bother with CODBLOPS". You are killing a community before its existence.
When a game is in its infancy, its going to have teething issues. If you are going to sit around and bitch and moan (even though you know that its being attended to) rather STFU and find another game to play. Better yet, try the SP. Its a lot of fun and should entertain you till the MP issues are solved.
The last thing the SA gaming community needs are ungrateful little c***s. For better or for worse, we weren't even supposed to get servers! We weren't even supposed to be playing the MP! But we have servers. A lot of them. They are laggy (this will be fixed), but they are there!
People need to learn to see the good things and stop being put-off by anything that is not to their liking. There are so many cool features in this game (that will work sometime) that will provide hours of entertainment.
Even with lag and the issues, I am enjoying this game more than I have enjoyed any other FPS in the past 5 years.
If you don't like it, stop playing.

*DISCLAIMER: you have every right in the world to complain. Freedom of speech is just that. Different strokes for different folks. There is a way of going about things and logic that applies to every situation. Apply that logic, take a step back and then act. When acting in a mature manner and treat others with respect.
*edit* : this is not directed at those being civil, its directed at moronic trolls and needless smacktalk
No, I won't. I paid R500 for the game and expect to be able to play as they say I should. Why should we simply accept that they can release games that are still glaringly incomplete? I don't buy a new Toyota with the rear passenger doors missing and the seats half finished. Yeah it will work sorta, but that's not how it's supposed to be is it?
If they knew about these faults mere seconds after releases, why could they not have picked them up a earlier? Clearly it wasn't hard to miss if they could find it one second after release. I'm not talking about things like weapon balancing or minor exploits that can occur, but the lag issues being experienced, or the slow frames per second issues, or certain modes not working correctly are really issues that are inexcusable.
I am the paying customer and have a right to expect the product I bought to work properly after purchase. That is not a unreasonable expectation. So, when it doesn't work as advertised, I'm going to moan and bitch until it does work properly.
Also, where do you get the notion that we weren't meant to have servers. Initially we weren't on the list for servers yes, but that is not the same as we weren't meant to get servers. And yes, we have servers and we are grateful and excited, but again to no avail as we the consumers get shafted again by publishers/developers more interested in their bottom line than keeping customers happy.
In some way though, I do agree with you. Not so much the don't moan & groan at whoever, but rather HOW you moan & groan at Activision and whoever else deserves it. Swearing and calling people names will not get you anywhere and makes your complaints about as valid as a R7 coin. Rather in a dignified and cultured manner list your issues and complaints and submit them to the relevant people.
My suggestion to all future developer/publishers who are going to release games, rather state unanimously that your title will be released on whichever date you choose, but that the public must please be aware that there will be a 2 week period in which issues are addressed and fixed. Either that, or do proper testing before release and make 132% certain game is ready for the masses.
