Official Call of Duty: Black Ops PC multiplayer thread

According to a PC dev (yes, there were PC devs) - they're "trying" to get it out before the weekend.
My breath: I'm not holding it.
 
YEAH!! Finally managed to put in a proper session last night. Don't know what changed tho, but I didn't have any Connection Interrupted errors. :)

Anyway, it was quite a productive night. Managed to jump from level 12 to level 28, up my KDR from 1.3 to 1.7 AND knife Mappy three times in a round. All this in a 2 and a half hour seesion. :D

I'm surprised how quickly you level up. Might do a couple of levels of prestige. Is 50 the highest level now?

Not that I could see. It was weird, when I started the game it was doing the same thing. Once the second map loading I would get disonnected. Then all of a sudden I joined a game and every was smooth sailing. :confused:

The only thing I did do was disabled the steam cloud for Black Ops.

last nite was a good one. smooth sailing, something happened and the game was very playable............ i like alot
 
I had horrible games last night. my game kept on crashing to desktop with the infamous "fatal error", my lag was more horrible than freaken ever, I managed to gain a grand total of 2 WHOLE levels cause I litterally bombed out every single map and had to rejoin and get just about no XP. Still managed to finish on top some of them though :P
