Tell if you think I'm wrong.. But when it comes to FPSs shouldn't it be that when you zoom in, using the scope, only the area within the scope is zoomed, and the outer areas of the scope are normal eye-view (So-to-speak) distance?
The only game I've actually seen this done properly is Splinter Cell: Conviction.
It actually only really came to me when I played SC, and realized that that's how a view through a scope is supposed to look like.
My personal opinion anyway..
