The Official "MyGaming" Anime Thread

I think that there is so much out there to watch realting to Anime, that you will never get around to doing it all unless it is your job (which will not be a bad job to have).

Currently watching Bleach, trying to get more Naruto, Virus Buster Serge, Wolf Rain, Black Laggoon
Movies: Ninja Scroll, Akira, Ghost in the Shell and Appleseed.

Plenty of time then. Let me just get the exams done and dusted - I have an urgent need not to have anything else on my mind right now, which is hard enough considering I still need to do my job.

i tried episode one and seemed a bit too meh for me.. i hear it gets better from episode 4/5 though?
 
It's a little heavy on the cliches to be honest, and it seems to be aimed at the younger male audience for the most part - but I still have fun watching it. I'll admit it won't be everyone's cup of tea though - whatever you do, don't believe what you read on Sankaku Complex - a bigger load of bull I haven't come across in my entire life.

Irealy injoy this anime reminds me of Elfen Lied. I cant wait for more of it to come out.
 
Anybody tried watching Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai?

I was keen since it's another Navel adaptation (same guys who created Shuffle!), but apart from the fact that it's confusing the living bejeezus out of me (random character hopping, zero plot development so far), the animation and character design is putting me off a little. Definitely not on the same level as Shuffle!

I've only watched up to #3 atm - and I'm struggling with getting to know the characters, and recognising them, since they've been introducing an absolute flood of characters, and the character designs are horribly generic. But some of the comments on Crunchyroll seem to say that the plot starts emerging from episode 6 onwards, so I'm going to try and stick with it for the time being.
 
I havent watched anime in a while, so any suggestions on what to watch and what new stuff is out ? preferably not in the bleach/naruto/one piece vein.
