Xfire

The bad thing about XFire is that if you find a game that's not supported such as Telltale's Sam & Max then you don't feel like playing it because it's not going on your gaming "record".

Which is rather silly. I should really play that sometime. :)

Haha, I know hey.

I then usually request they add it in the game request forum, or play it, keep a note of my hours and then when support is eventually added I leave the game running that long :D

Why? No idea. Call me OCD.
 
You're thinking of the latter.

Xfire is an instant messenger program for gamers that also allows free voice chat, video broadcasting, the ability to automatically join servers your friends are playing on, in-game chat and in-game web-browsing. It also tracks how long you play each of your games and uploads the stats to your profile.

P.S. I saw something on xfire about speaking ingame with mates....is this the equivalent of teamspeak and vent?
 
Yes, you can talk to them via text (by pressing Scroll Lock + X), or via voice. You can broadcast video too.

Don't forget to join the Xfire My Gaming clan.
 
I've had Xfire for ages... gotta remember my nick on it... will post it this evening (if I remember)
 
Lol, you must have chosen it during registration for some reason. You can change it in your profile.
