Well I was involved in a accident in 2004, chick drove into the back of my bmw, caused a huge amount of dmg to me and my car, insurance wanted to write the car off, even though I was told it could be fixed for 60k. I fought them for 3 months and they gave in, car was fixed. Sometimes in life its worth fighting for the things you love.
