Roccat Kave Solid 5.1 Headset

I dunno, The Kave never hurt my head, but I have been told that I am hard headed though :)
It is heavy and bog and yes, when wearing them you do look like a WWII Tank Commander, but build and sound quality is excellent

Xero this is after at least 1 hour plus, it starts to hurt top of my head where the edge seems to press down for some reason *shrugs*. Apart from that, it's the best ever 5.1 headset imho.

/i haz soft head *cry*

For anyone who is interested, Zaps has the Kave on sale - R639. Got mine last week - truly enjoying using them for gaming, one of the best purchases I've made.

At that price, I can't say get the G35s in stead, anymore. :)

I have had very few problems with my Kave, until now.. The microphone went dead suddenly, checked that it wasn't a faulty connection to the PC, definitely the microphone itself. Was quite disappointed by this I would have expected a little more out of them, barely a year old.

Had a friend with the same problem, just stoped working. At least it was still under warranty.

Well worth the wait. ive got a extra set in my room just for incase mine goes. its been sitting there for over a year. havent had problems in 2 years with my roccats and if you take into account I lan almost every months its quite a feet :D

I still cant get over how much a head set can put you back, I am going to have to hang onto my blackberry ear phones still some thign pop up in the bargin bin

Onboard is more than enough, too loud for full volume, soundcards add about 20% to that.

Really, these babies can go louder? I have it plugged into my on-board sound output and I'm already half deaf. The sound quality is out of this world, didn't even consider a sound-card, until now. :)
