Syco, normally I would agree with you, but not in this case.
She has been working for us for 15 years, had started the claim from the road accident fund in July 2008. Its only now that she has received a court date and so forth. Her claim is very valid. She had a dislocated shoulder, broken upper left arm, broken right hip. The doctors assessing her now had already seen her medical details from her 1month hospitalisation, the physio we took her took when it happened. She is in constant pain, not always obvious to us, she hates to complain. She was crossing the road at a robot (it happened near where we live as she was on her way to work). A taxi ran the red light hitting her - since it also happened right in front of an Engen petrol station, she has a load of witnesses.
Oh and she still has the pins in her arms and hip.
