My first instinct was also to say Freelancer, but the UI does look a little different... been a while since I've played it though so it could just be my memory going.

No I played it recently, its not Freelancer, but it could be a fan remake or something

I think it's a custom UI, and maybe texture pack, but the cannon icon at the top of the screenie is definitely Freelancer's, and that asteroid is a giveaway as well.
