Openweb was slightly above ODS in that regard. As I've said maybe they managed to pull their billing act together, because it was really quite horrible to say the least. I also had one support ticket never being solved due to their lack of ability to do so, in fact it was just left alone, each time they close it, but it was never solved.Hey, I can pay with my credit card and I have complete access to invoices and statements--things I never had with OpenWeb. I feel significantly more at ease utilising them.
