Damn it. Does Kalahari ever respond to queries asked by contacting them on their website? I've got one on the 11th of November that was never answered and now another one from last week Thursday. :(

I don't know where else to vent about it. It's not like the rep here will even read this post.

No I haven't yet. Will do so tonight. I've got a feeling it isn't part of his job description and that he is here to advertise sales.

I'm just annoyed that I contacted Kalahari again yesterday to ask when they will answer my queries and they of course haven't replied to that either. I've got two pre-orders with them but they are the last. Kalahari may have awesome links with credit cards and things but their support is just plain horrible.
 
Have you phoned them ? I find ranting at someone over the phone usually helps get the point across that you want something NOW.

Sad to hear that. I've never had anything go wrong with Kalahari (and I hope nothing ever does, considering the horror stories I've heard about their support, including your experience) but I can't stand their courier service.

*nod* Good point. Eventually you have to flip your lid before someone bothers taking you seriously. Might be one of those times :(
 
I've been mostly disappointed with Kalahari of late.... last two orders took over a month to complete (small orders too). *sigh

Yeah... After Solitude's fiasco I'm back to using Take2/Takealot/whatever for most things. eBucks will just have to take a backseat for a while :p
 
I complained about Kalahari but now I've got to give them credit. I pre-ordered something from them that lots of retailers had problems getting. Kalahari did all they could to get the product for me in time for Christmas and it was actually delivered today.

Nicely done! I'm very impressed.

does btgames have the monopoly on pre-order bonuses again or will Kalahari also have it?

Don't even bother emailing them, you have more chance of hearing from Elvis or Curt Cobain than these okes.

I will agree with that. I've had similar experiences with them. One thing they really need to work on is support.
 
I have had good service from them, however, I haven't had to contact about issues etc. so can't comment. I must say I still prefer Takealot...wish they would hop on the ebucks bandwagon though, it would make me heppie.
 
Hey... Mass Effect 3 N7 Edition is now priced at R360.
Will I get penalised if I cancel my order where I paid more and re-order?
