How do download numbers correlate with sales?
Going to start playing it this week, got mine off orgin of course![]()
Oh wow I didn't know that!!, especially since it didn't quite live up to most peoples' expectations.
But the game isn't balanced for advance stealth play.
Stealth was a bit of a killer - you could sneak/kill your way through most sections.
Not that I'm any tempted to try it on super soldier though :/
Wow, that's a lot of pirated copies. Imagine the revenue lost!
If all those who pirated the game paid just 1 USD there would have been total sales of: 3,920,000 USD (3 920 000 U.S. dollars = 31.5991423 million South African rands). That in turn could have been spent on better studio, salaries, bonuses, etc etc.Not a cent.
Not a cent.

That was not given to the proper dev house and that is a loss what it could have been used for. Revenue is lost on each person not contribution towards the artist, if you say otherwise you are the fool yourself, if you are part of it then you are clearly not giving, but just taking.
It is wrong to just take in life and not give.
Do you say the same for movies and series coz a lot of holier than thou's will decry game piracy but then have huge collections of mp3's, movies and series .......... tis a bit hypocritical

With services like LoveFilm, Netflix and BlinkBox pirating movies and series has become practically obsolete. Only reason to download a new episode of a series is that it hasn't aired in your zone yet. I steam most episodes of series I watch directly off the channels website; BBC Iplayer, 4OD etc.
Exactly, though I'd stream and not steam mine *erm*.

:edit
If you going the whole route of piracy is not just taking or stealing then please don't bother to respond or expect a reply.
