It's a shame that The Cartel was such a disappointment!
It was such a disappointment coz it was an utterly, utterly shit game. It was so SHIT that extra credits dedicated an episode to its awe-fullness. (http://penny-arcade.com/patv/episode/call-of-juarez-the-cartel)
And I actually paid money for it. Full price. On release day.

Who am I to point a finger, I bought Bodycount
(for R85 - but still)
I almost bought it but the fact that it landed unceremoniously (i.e without me knowing about it) made me read reviews first.
Only piece of shit I bought last year (gaming wise) was Bulletstorm.
Bulletstorm was not shit man!
Yes it was. Sure its better than the cartel but not by much. Finished it in a week and traded it, even from a mechanical point of view I hated it.
I disagree, it was actually fun.
Only if fun = stupid. Portal 2, thats fun. Skyrim, fun. Bulletstorm... boring, stupid and monotone.
Sure as hell wasn't monotone.

So did I, only I paid full price. On release day.![]()
EDIT: Bulletstorm was awesome! The most fun I had with a shooter in 2011, was laughing my arse off the whole time.

Yes it was, it was just the same old shit over and over. Shot that guy, slide, kick, whip, blow up. And dont even get me started on the "plot"
I cringe when I read that. It's you're not your stupid Americans.
Yikes!
I think you mean monotonous. Which it also wasn't
Fair enough, everyone has their opinions!
