What makes a good BF3 TEAM player?

Running through a storm of bullets into the middle of everywhere to revive a team-mate is very nice Saving-Private-Ryan-like n everything, but what's the point? :P He got killed cause he was in the middle of nowhere. Now you're gonna get yourself killed too. And how does that help your team?

A good team player is a guy that lets others get the points by hanging back and supporting/reviving/acting as spawn location.

Edit: nvm someone already mentioned the middle of the street thing :P
 
In my point of view a good player is some1 that can help his team mate by Giving him health and ammo watching his back or evern just firing random shots to suppress the enemy and keeping them down and scared :D
 
i put the "I" in team :p

anyways, i usually join a squad and push for points or objectives ... if they a much of fools just camping i change squads hence the statement above ...

hate playing with idiots that lock squads with 2 people or sit in the "not in squad" group, or fools that dont drop med and ammo packs!

I actually judge which team I join by the number of people not in a sqaud.
Most people not in sqauds = Not my team"whistling:
 
A good TEAM player is one who runs into the open to get shot so i can see where the enemy are. Thats a pro team player.
 
A Medic who doesn't Res in the middle of a firefight, ever since BF2 this has been an issue
A Support Player who actually DISPENSES ammo
A Engineer who has a blowtorch and is willing to keep me and Thunderchild alive
and above all else, the guy who brings the victory cigars for that all important commemorative smokefest at the end of every caspian when you've won by more than a single ticket

Want mense gaan nie ewe skielike ophou skiet as jy gerevive word en jou kans gee om op te staan en weg te hardloop nie.
 
Jack, as ek doodgeskiet is op Punt X en jy kom en shock paddle my, ek kry nie spawn protection nie, so die fewl wat met sy static scope sit en camp gaan net sien dat ek weer spwan REG in sy crosshairs

Ook as jy saam met ons in BUD gespeel het het dit veries dat een van ons jou TK direk na die bad revive

Agreed. Even if you don't get there in time after clearing the area, at least the dead squad mate will have an option to spawn on you rather than losing both lives and having to restart the effort of getting back to that point.

Ek wag altyd eers vir die u wat gerevive is om op te staan voor ek hom skiet . Gee hom dai halwe hoop ;D

vir my gebeur spanwerk oor VOIP. as jy nie kan call gaan jy nie so goed doen soos wat jy kan nie,

Ek sal byvoorbeeld voor hardloop met my Mg36 die meeste van die skade maak en vat en die dokter in my span skok my net wakker as ek val en so gan ons aan, Ek laat val n paar C4 blokkies en maak skade as ek iemand hoor nader draf. Ek is ook n groot ondersteuner van 2 manen maak geraas in n gebou en trek n kanon se aandag terwyl ek omsluip en hom op blaas.
 
Of late I've been a pretty kak squad mate. I've been tag whoring like a mad man to best a clan mate to a thousand tags. This meant I was running into crazy situations just for a tag. Squaddies would spawn on me in the middle of two enemy squads. Seldom a good idea. Hahaha.

But yeah, a good team player is someone who provides a service to the team. Be that health, ammo, revives, taking flags, spotting with an MAV, defending flags, repairing vehicles our whatever else helps your team win. But sitting in your spawn base trying to snipe is very seldom going to help. Or waiting for a chopper or jet to spawn is also stupid.
