I've tried killing enemies multiple times using the Defib, all failed ... I don't understand how this is working.

you need to be facing them and defibing them to the face.you need to be exactly in front of them or it won't work.
Killed a guy like this when i tried to rev a teammate in a doorway and an enemy came running in and also worked when i stood right in front of an idle sniper.

Same thing happens when i play against JudgeVoo,he runs into a room and starts shooting at one guy but all 3 in the room die even the one behind him.

But on a more serious note. I will kick a hackers head through his PC screen from the back of his face. I've said this a million times, but I'm going to say it again. I HATE CHEATERS!! People who have to cheat in online games are the scum of the global gaming community. Not only are they pathetic, but they are removing every pleasure from everything people game for, competitively or casually.
^This might come from me having a really bad day at work, but I have always felt really strongly about cheaters. Might have even become super cynical over my years of online gaming, having seen countless dickhead hackers get away with it, but yeah...anyway. Time for a sixpack, and not the kind you obtain in gym.
