Havnt even been able to play DayZ :mad: sigh... verrily keen for the BWE though

This is why I'm on an uncapped account, I got tired of worrying about bandwidth caps. :)

Just open a savings account at Capitec bank, all the cards they issue now are Master Cards, deposit money into it and make payments when ever you want something from the Item Shop. Their bank fee's a stupidly low I paid R27 last month for bank charges.

Company i work for is a reseller for cybersmart so ive been on an uncapped account since before they had uncapped... however now ive been moved to what is classified as "Home User Uncapped ADSL" and it is an absolute JOKE!
Im moving to Mweb within the next month or so also seeing as its cheaper at mweb for a 1mb adsl even when i get staff discount from work on my current account. :/ I am dissapoint... on a plus note, i got my client updated last night at least :D
 
It seems I've run into a bit of an issue. The graphics card of my work laptop isn't supported by Guild Wars 2, so the download keeps bombing out after 10MB or so. That's of course extremely annoying.

Does GW2 install much the same as GW1? Where you download the installer from account.guildwars2.com, run it, then it downloads a couple of megs, installs the initial files and proceeds to download the rest of the game? (which would explain it bombing out at the same point every time)

Is there perhaps anywhere else one can download the files, or a means of forcing installation/the download?

Mad King will be returning. He has recorded voice overs. Also taking into consideration the other races and how they feel about holidays (Multiple racial holidays?).


Zones in Orr will have about twice the amount of events as any of the other zones


Continue gaining skill points after L.80 -omlech


Skill points are used to purchase ingredients for the Mystic Forge to create Legendaries.


No Renown Hearts in Orr -Kairowa


Legendary Unicorn shortbow shoots rainbows.


There are corrupted God temples (Grenth, Balthazar etc) in Orr that players can take & hold.


Final dungeon is located at the end of a long meta chain in Orr (route to it can be made easier by holding the aforementioned temples).


Legendary weapons have the same stats as Exotic ones, only the skin differs. -ArnoldAceRimmer

Some clarification:

-There are DE that are just a single event

-DE that chain (like a pendulum, have an ultimate success and ultimate failure)

-DE that branch into webs, or possible multiple chains

...just seemed like some thing some people wouldn't realize about Dynamic Events.

It's not the same as GW1 - it'll download the entire client before you can play it. Your best bet is to get the full client from someone.

Yeah I thought as much, but my question is does it do a small installation of sorts after 10MB or at any point, then proceed to download the rest of the client? Because at this point every time it bombs out it has to start again so I would assume I have yet to install the proper downloader?

Hmm ... if I remember correctly the launcher installs itself first and then downloads the full client.

Sorry - I'm kinda hazy, I went through the process quite a while ago.
