Considering there isn't an 'official' thread for Torchlight II (outside of Wyzak's semi-official one*), here is an official thread for Torchlight II. (So that we can move any conversations away from the news section)

What are your guys thought so far?

Managed to squeeze in about 2 hours last night and so far it's looking mighty fine.

I didn't honestly enjoy TL1 that much either, there was nothing wrong with it - but I think it was because I started playing it at the height of our D3 mania and subconsicously and unfairly compared it to that.
With TL2 things are different, it looks better, plays better, the loot is insane, there is tons to do - and that was just from the brief couple of hours I spent with it.

Playing Embermage, Veteran difficulty. LvL 12 atm.

Only thing that has me apprehensive atm is the lack of a proper respec.
 
Played about 10 minutes last night, it looked and felt really good. Tried outlander and it wasn't for me, I'm thinking I'll try berserker next. I need my co-op buddies though. :)

Hmmm.... £12 I may just get it and Skip the humble bundle 6.... curse you murph.

Haha, since when is buying games a problem for you?
 
Some of my mates playing in SS saying its way better than D3 they got the balancing and stuff right that D3 could not sort out

Plus you can start on a difficulty that actually has challenge. Yay for Veteran mode!
 
How big is the client? I'll have to get someone to buy it for me, because I lack a credit card.

But first I need need to make sure I have enough cap to be able to download it. I'm on the 2 + 2 Gig...
