Offical Far Cry 3 Thread

Nee daai werk nie. geen skiet en as hul jou raaksien, moet jy oorbegin. Dit spoil nou die game vir my wat ek as die beste game ooit, sien.
 
So it's one of those instafail stealth missions I hate so much.
I'm not there yet thankfully, just doing so much random stuff on the island I forgot there is actually a story.

As dit is waar ek dink dit is (by die docks in 'n tonnel?): het ook gistraand daar vasgesit vir 'n rukkie. Al wat jy moet doen is daar waar die 2 dudes aan die bokant staan, sneak net links agter hulle verby. Jy sal sien die paadjie gan regs gaan en dan gan jy agter die 5 of 6 ander dudes uitkom, trek hulle aandag af met 'n klip indien nodig.
 
Why didn't anyone warn me about the mo#$%#$%ng snakes! I approached the tower but was looking around, I heard the puff and hiss and thought, hey that sounds like a snake, then bam, big slithering f@#$#@$g snake!!!! I nearly pooped myself, I have snakes on my mind ever since my wife found a Boom slang in my kid's bed.

After several days I finally managed to get the game working. Seems the Nvidia 310.70 Beta drivers didn't work so well.

The game looks a lot like Far Cry(the original) only prettier and runs very smooth on my average system with GFX on high.

Still early to say, but this looks like a winner, although the snakes might mess things up for me.

Eh, it's really not that bad. I did it on Hard and found it pretty easy. Got stuck on one section where I didn't know where I had to sneak through, but the entire sneak part of the mission probably didn't take me more than 15 minutes.
 
I love the second island.

Finished the game. I must say it was an emotional game at times :p

Hey guys I'm either cray cray blind or my version doesn't have it but.....where the flip is the map editor??

Cant find it anywhere in the menu's.
 
So last night I was playing just some mission that involves blowing up things. As I plant the explosives, and promptly run away, I turn to the nearby river to escape blast (you know, hide under water and escape the inferno I created). As I dive with speed and grace into the river, this HUGE ASS crocodile jumps out of nowhere and grabs my face!! Needles to say, the controller I was holding landed somewhere near the window it just went through...
 
is mp fucked? I keep on getting "can't join match"

My favourite thing in this game is watching komodo dragons take out pirates who foolishly stop their buggies along the road.

Oh, and fuck tigers. Seriously.
