To begin, I did not wish to reveal the reasons that made me create this video and only collect the comments. But, the reason is that I decided to stop GW2. My real life has become more important to me than my virtual life. The health issues my five months pregnant wife is experiencing has called me back to reason. I would've liked to quit an mmo for a much more classic reason, but it's far from the case.
That's why I wanted to get a memento of my time in Guild Wars 2 in this video. So I can find comments that would make me smile, wetter they are positive or negative. Yes, I am aware that this decision is extreme in the eyes of certain people, but it will prevent me from being tempted to play again...for the good of my little family.
To answer certain questions, I did not try and do not wish to sell my account which is a practice forbidden by ArenaNET. I cannot give away the precursors or sell them at the trading post because they're all soulbound. That's why I opted for this exit, wetter it pleases people or not.

As for that guy's winnings. I don't buy it. Esp since it dropped "mad memories", which was a seasonal quest item. You can fake a massive quest intake by un-equipping everything in your inventory and it shows up in your log as "you received item X".

We did it as a group a while ago ... it was mad fun.

Gank central you say? Well ... I did get my WvW monthly in a single night, courtesy of the 8 of us camping the entrance "whistling:

So I've started playing and am enjoying it, my character is a Norn mesmer. Still trying to get a hang of dodging attacks in battles etc
 
Stopped playing GW2 for now. Just got tired of the same old, same old. My biggest issue is tactical creativity. You play a character to max level, learn the tactical uses of your skills, then what. You use the skills in the same way, over and over again. The same happens in GW2, no matter what else is different. The other gripes still exist too: no fixes for broken content that has been broken for months. Not being able to find groups for dungeons when I actually have the time to play them. I mean, seriously, an MMO that releases without cross server LFG group finder is just crazy.

Only so much fun you can have with alts.

Nice thing is, don't have to feel guilty for not playing for a while. I love that aspect. Really nice F2P system.
