It isn't, in my view. If people are worried, then they should check their privacy settings. Even then you should assume that everyone can see it, what with Facebook changing things all the time. Or better yet, don't put photos of yourself online in the first place...
Its not about the privacy issues, by uploading the photos to facebook you are giving your facebook friends permission to view them.I suppose it is a firm of stalking, but nothing on the net can be seen as private anymore.
