cool cool. well I got the specs from the wiki, and apparently any of us warlords can upload it at a cost of 150 plats, which both me and bane are willing to pay. I can make up the image in a flash, just don't have it. is it the one in your signature? cause then I can just use that :D
 
No. Lordhi says he wants one on a transparent background (something about edges musn't show) and I think I know what he's talking about. All I need is the maximum specs of the .png and I will send Banelight/You the image.

Mmm ... yes and no (I'm a "retired" Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director of 12 years, only perfection will suffice!) :p
It really depends on the colour of most players' armour etc. It may need to be tweaked a bit for stand out. Just give me the specs already! I have the vector artwork on my machine. ;)

it needs to be a 128x128 PNG
 
HA HA! I was just joshing with ya! On a more serious note though, it will come out better if we export to size using the original vector artwork instead of a low res jpg! :)

indeed. Vector uber alles! ^_^

but it's going to be difficult to colour code accoriding to frame colours. I suggested once we pick clan colours for the frames so everybody runs the same colours, then comes the issue where most people only have the basic pallet to work with.

but I'm really keen to see how the emblem comes out in-game. I got one on now with the default emblem and it looks good, but that's just a basic 1 colour white design.

My suggestion would be to keep the badge white? So that they show off nicely against all frames? Maybe just the green eye?
 
Yup. After seeing MalicE's screenies, I agree that white will work best. Tis why I suggested we alter the vector to achieve the best stand out. :)

I concur :)

and the white will show up nicely on all my frames (which are now black :D)
