Stuck in a Non Gaming rut !!!!

Been having this as well, have not played a game loyally in ages. Last one that kept my attention, which I'd recommend, is Sleeping Dogs.

Just got The Witcher 2 (still downloading off Steam) and getting TW: Rome 2 on the 6th, hoping they will keep my interest for a while.

Everything in moderation. (Except beer)

Venom, try games outside of your "comfort zone genre" - judging by your list you're an FPS fan of note - so try an RTS, RPG or sport game.
If that fails, hang up the mouse/controller for a week or two.

Saint's Row IV. Get it. Most fun I've had with a game in ages. Volition really know how to make a game that is fun to play.

@the guys playing UT what servers are you guys playing on and what version ?
 
play some saints row 3 coop great fun and might shake your I don't know or feel like playing something.

The one thing I have seen is when the contolls are to complicated I just can't get back into a game after a while and not lus to play from the start.

Saint's Row 3 is good, but Saint's Row IV is a LOT better.

Balls! I can only find my UT3 disc.

Venom, uh..... Kingdoms of Amalur - I recommend that with highly polished brass knobs on.
Sport games, depends on what your flavor is. Personally I enjoy a one day match on Ashes or some Top Spin.
Both sports I used to play , before I lost my passion for life.

So I found some FIFA 13 matches last night I lost miserably but it was fun :)
However this didnt seem to do the trick , I think I am just bored .
Now before I spend some cash on a new game how bout a list

I like Killing things , decent linear story (GTA to open for now), Graphics not so important even though I can run anything , has to be fast paced , and MP is a bonus
I like FPS (prob got all the good ones this rules this out ), RPG I enjoy but it needs to be engaging
Sports Im open to anything good
Racing Open to anything

How bout a quick top 3 list guys
Doesn't matter if its old
