I have unlocked the 2nd sword on the man at arms character as well as the 2nd spear for the ranged character. you can stab with the spear as well as fling it at someone :)
 
I usually play on the mweb server. i have not seen StoneCold's server for a while.

but every now and then i try on of the EU servers with a 200 ping and it runs fine.
 
Last time I played this on a local server I was constantly team killed. Raged at them and got kicked and banned. Oh the joy

that's a kak one. the last time I played the mweb server there were a couple of team kills but the guys were normally very apologetic about it

That match consisted of 5 people. 2 on one and myself and 2 others on the other team. EVERYONE went straight for me. Must have been a bunch of friends playing together looking to troll. Then I got banned. But playing with some mature, sensible people would be good.

I played a lot of matches with a player called GirlscoutBob and a few others when the StoneCold server first opened.
 
It's been a while since I put up my Duel server, but it's running again as of this morning. Does Mweb still host a server ? If they don't then I'll put up my other server again as well, if anyone wants to play. Suppose the game will become more lively when they release the new DLC :)

If anyone is keen for some old school Quake 1 action, let me know. I can organize something ;)

I've been wanting to check out the Mweb server for a while now. Must get to it and give it a bash ;)

Not a fan of duel mode. The interface seemed buggy and I didn't enjoy, it in part due to being rusty. That's also when they changed the controls up and added the left swipe IIRC and I missed the old simplistic nature of things prior :(

When they changed the block mechanic, the game lost its appeal for me. That said, after 100+ hours of playing this game, I grew tired of it :(
 
I went online again last night at around 8pm.

Nobody was on the Mweb server, I hanged around for a couple of minutes and then left.

Hopefully once the expansion comes out people will start to play it again.
