FUNFUNFUN! Online with some peeps on mics will be super!
Anyone want to split a 4-pack? (I can't buy the 4-pack but can transfer steam funds for 1)

Yep that's the ideaIt reminds me a lot of Rainbow Six 3, which I played to death years ago. Will keep an eye on it.

Really sad to hear that there'e no in game VOIP.
People use ingame VOIP?
Oh. I guess that I don't really play with randoms... and if I do and they start speaking on the ingame VOIP I mute them because most of their voices irritate me - or they generally don't have anything useful to say![]()
Agreed. There was nothing worse than joining a counterstrike server and hearing whiny voices bitch and moan and just spout uselses crap before the welcome screen had even popped up. for a tactical fps, im sure they figure that you're going to be playing with people you know (third party software) or you dont WANT to have mic options.
I'm happy that they leave it out and focus on making this a killer game worthy of returning the tactical fps to its much deserved glory
Lockdown was probably the last real "tactical" one they did before they killed it with Vegas![]()
I actually disagree. I think Lockdown was the worst in the series by far. Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield was my favorite.
Raven Shield was great, but holy balls the AI was bad! I dug it out yesterday and tried playing again and my squad got themselves killed before I was even halfway through the mission. Every time I ask them to frag and clear a room, they stack up against the door in such a way that the tangos can shoot them when the door opens. The worst is in narrow corridors where they simply go stand right in front of the door before opening it.
