I will be getting a 4meg line soon, which ISP do you guys recommend for uncapped? i will be using it to download games from the PSN network and steam, watch movies and series on DSTV on demand and also use it for online gaming.

Telkom apparently prioritises all those things all day and is also one of the cheaper options for uncapped.
